Booth Application

Creator
For individuals and teams whose main goal is to promote your creative project.
They include avatar creators, asset makers, and all other fun and interesting projects!

Community
For individuals and teams whose main goal is to promote your community project.
They include role-playing groups, guilds, event-based groups, music groups, and all other fun and interesting group projects!

Brands and Event Space
For individuals and teams whose main goal is to promote your brand with a unique twist.
They include creator, communities, games, brands, anything you want to add to the mix.
Small Booth
What You Need:
Your main showcase model in fbx (avatar, asset, world photo, etc.)
You can submit your own booth model as long as it’s within the dimension. If not, we will place them for you.
Avatar samples, if applicable
Posters and photos, maximum 5
All other gadgets will be placed using existing world objects (table, standees, etc.)
Big Booth
What You Need:
Your main showcase model in fbx (avatar, asset, world photo, etc.)
You can submit your own booth model as long as it’s within the dimension
Avatar samples, if applicable
Posters and photos, maximum 5
Youtube video link, if applicable
All other gadgets will be placed using existing world objects (table, standees, etc.)
Important: You MUST have at least one <Fun Stuff> to compensate for a bigger space.
World Booth
For individuals and teams who want to go serious on <Fun Stuff> for ALL visitors.
They include world-scale roller coasters, mini stages, games and all other fun and interesting interactive plays to highlight your project with equal amounts of fun! World Booths do not have a size restriction.
What is <Fun Stuff>?
Anything that can make visitors stay and have fun for a good amount of time.
Here are some good examples of “fun stuff” from past seasons:
Burger stacking contest (from Season 2)
A cut-scene upon entering (from Season 3)
Get to the balloon! mini game (from Season 2)
Technical Guideline
Poster Submissions
Please do not exceed 1024px x 1024px per poster.
Do not include NSFW or contents unrelated to your project.
Display Avatar Model (per avatar)
Avatars on Pedestal (“Sample”)
Placing Avatars on Pedestal is a great way to engage your visitors. They are more performative and easy to set up.
You can display a maximum of 3 Samples per booth
You must have the avatars published to VRChat beforehand to set them up
Avatars for samples do not have size or shader limit but need to meet the general T&C of VRChat
NSFW avatars and assets are NOT allowed
Animations
By default, if you upload an avatar or booth that contains skinned meshes / animation / custom interactions, you must discuss them with Avifair team on your respective 1-on-1 chat.
Custom Booth Models (both “Small” and “Big” booths)
Make sure your booth is faithfully presented in both PC and Quest. If there are no separate versions, we will make changes at our own discretion to meet the world constraints.

Yes! You can still apply as a Creator as long as you own a project to showcase. If you represent a community, you can apply as a community!

You can submit your existing fbx models, posters and photos. We will help you place them in your booth.
